The project presented significant site challenges, including a steep lot slope, minimal parking and staging space, a narrow driveway flanked by large old-growth trees, and proximity to the West Side bluff. Additionally, the project required navigating high-end architecture with modern details and meeting the strict quality demands driven by Jepson West. MCI performed the installation of the house footings and walls, terraced retaining walls, a polished basement floor, and colored, sand-finish exterior concrete. Ultimately, all work was executed safely on a highly challenging site, successfully meeting the premium quality demands to deliver a gorgeous Gorge home built for generations to enjoy.
